C-RECS is a project funded through Mental Health Workforce Transformation funds to assist persons in recovery (PIR) to get and keep competitive positions in the behavioral health workforce.

C-RECS can assist you in achieving your goal to work within the behavioral health workforce. We offer assistance in many forms, and we tailor our project’s services to best fit your needs.
Work-Life-Balance Coaching:
Meet with one of the Employment / Recovery Coaches to help develop what’s in your head and in your heart into a person-centered employment action plan. Coaching is a partnership, but the action is done by you. This work can be done face-to-face or via the phone.
Peer Employment Mentoring, Education & Support Groups:
Join our weekly groups to learn about topics that may assist you to obtain and keep a job in the behavioral health workforce.
Education and Training:

Training and Consultation to Behavioral Health Organizations - Employers:
Training and consultation is available to behavioral health organizations in the State of Connecticut to facilitate the hiring and retention of PIR.
